Nothing terribly interesting is happening with me right now. I am enjoying the time I have to spend with Mark before the summer program starts up in May. He will be working part of the day on his current job and the rest of the day installing systems for the summer program based in Houston. Needless to say, I will not get to see him a lot. The girls and I have big plans for the summer though. We are going to be spending a lot of time with family. We have a family reunion in June I am actually going to be able to attend. We are also looking forward to spending a lot of time at our community swimming pool and a fair amount of time at the beach.
I have been busy gardening and making garden plans. Avery is very excited to help me pick out and plant some flowers for our flower beds. She feels that they should all be pink (her favorite color). I want to plant a vegetable garden but the soil here is pretty crappy. So, I will probably just be planting some lovely and delicious tomatoes in a pot. I have been told that tomatoes are one of the most cost effective vegetables to grow. It is a good thing we like them so much around here.

I am still agonizing over paint colors for our foyer and our dining room. These are the first two rooms you see when you enter our home. Right now they are partially painted (thanks to the previous owners) and partially colored on (thanks to Avery and Sarah). I wish I was good at figuring things out like this. I just don't have a great eye for design.

Im jealous that you are even thinking about a garden. we had snow on satruday. When picking a color just make sure to ask the paint people if the color will come out with too much pink in it. It may look good on the card but wen its on the walls the pink always seems to come out. I dont know if that made much sense, sorry
