Those of you close to us know that we move a lot. In all the years of our marriage, Mark and I have moved at least 10 times. If you think that it is hard to keep up with us, imagine how we must feel. I created this blog to help you all keep track of us.

The beast is silent.
When I get restless, I often refer to my restlessness as a beast that's woken up inside of me. Well, that beast has been terribly loud lately especially when is comes to my car. Since I had Spencer, the little Mazda5 has been like a sardine can especially when you try to fit a stroller or groceries. My other big complaint is the lack of rear air. When it gets hot, we cannot even put the air on full blast and be comfortable. So with the summer heat, growing children, and road trips in the near future, I started looking at minivans (for fun). The Odyssey and Sienna topped my list because quite frankly, I've never had the pleasure of owning one of the highly favored vehicles. So yesterday (for fun), I stopped by the Honda dealership, found an AFFORDABLE car I liked and talked numbers with the sales guy (for fun). Unfortunately, I didn't feel that great about the age and high mileage of the vehicle and prepared myself to walk away. Desperate to close their books for the month of May, they pulled the PRIZE out of the back and offered me a screaming deal on a van with less miles and more options. So, I called Mark to come down for the approval and drove away in this baby. It's an older model but YES that is leather and a DVD player you see. So farewell restless beast, I am loving my new minivan!

how exciting!! looks beautiful!
Hooray for you!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Oddessy!! And its a bit older, but it's HEAVEN to drive in!! How exciting!!
p.s. You may already know this, but you can move the passenger middle seat over so it's right next to the other pilot seat (making kind of a bench) which makes it easier for the bigger kid in the back to get in (so they don't have to climb over everyone's feet). Just an option. I actually have both Addie and Landon in the back right now, and the passenger pilot seat just folded down, so they can climb back there easier and be next to each other. Have fun!!
OOOH! I am SOOO jealous! I need a new van in the worst way!!
My dream is for a dvd system. ahhh...
FUN! Congrats for you. Welcome to the mini club. I said I would never drive one, but I put my foot in my mouth and got one. They are definately worth the space and gas saving!
